Organization development is an effort that is (1) planned, (2) organization-wide, (3) managed from the top, in order to (4) increase organizational effectiveness and health through (5) planned interventions in the company’s processes, using behavioral-science knowledge.

CJA’s perspective on the O.D. process reflects the sensitivity and care of a Registered Nurse, the creativity of an Educator, as well as the passion and commitment of an experienced Executive.
